If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back. Approved returns must be shipped within 30 days of delivery and sent to our designated return address. Please package the item securely to help prevent additional damage during transit.
